- JA membership agreement and JA patron policies
- Consortium conventions and procedures (MVLS + SALS = JA) – What you do may impact all patrons in the consortium
- How to provide better customer service at the circulation desk – Issuing a library card, notifications, receipts, ways to communicate
- Ways to harness social media for marketing
