  Owned by Amazon. Allows personal cataloging. Book data is shared by everyone and is editable by all.

  Great discussion group for mystery lovers. Readers, authors, librarians - anyone interested in mysteries can find a treasure trove here.
• New York Times Forums : Books
  Several dozen Web-based groups devoted to the discussion of fiction and non-fiction books in a variety of subject areas and individual authors. Join in the monthly book group discussion as well.
