SUNY Cobleskill, Cobleskill, NY

SUNY Cobleskill

In 1911, the Cobleskill State Institute of Agriculture and Home Economics was chartered by the State of New York. The first quad began with Frisbie Hall, named after Daniel Frisbie of Middleburgh who was then Speaker of the State Assembly. During World War II, there were temporary housing units built on campus for the military. The College now consists of a vast complex including state-of-the-art barns, business, food service administration and nursery education programs.
