District #4 Schoolhouse, Delanson, NY
(also known as the Ullman House, currently the Duanesburg Central School Business Office)

Ulman House

This house took the place of the Toad Hollow School which was erected in 1885. It was abandoned as a school when the present school was built in the 1920's. Purchased by the Gage Publishing Company, it was used briefly until 1933 when Harold Ulman bought it. It was owned by the Ulman's until the Duanesburg Central School District purchased it in the 1990's to use as their district offices.
