The Parrott House, Schoharie, NY

The Parrott House

This place was built in 1870 and was then known as the Eagle Hotel. A fire that same year that destroyed several buildings started in the hay barn here, and the proprietor was William Parrott, Jr. It still serves as a hotel and restaurant.
