Mosher Block, St. Johnsville, NY

Mosher Block

These two brick block buildings were built by Jonathan Mosher in 1865. The building furthest west was once used as the Post Office. A prosperous local family, the Moshers maintained both a coal yard and lumber business near the railroad tracks. At present, the building which once housed the Post Office now sells athletic clothes and the other building houses a law office.
