Mohawk Valley Library Association - I Spy - St. Johnsville, NY




	DAR Gate/Soldiers and Sailors Park, East Main Street, St. Johnsville, NY In November 1921 the DAR Gate to the village's Soldiers and Sailors Park was presented to the community. William Scott of Fort Plain constructed this graceful entrance. Each Memorial Day a service of remembrance is held in the park to mark the sacrifice of hometown soldiers and sailors from all wars.
