This lovely
velvet and ribbon bonnet was worn by Mary Best, sister of Christopher
for her marriage to Irvin Baker in 1897. Aunt Mame, as she was known,
was a frequent visitor and avid correspondent. We have letters to family
members that relate current events of the time as well as family history. |
