Food warmer

This heating plate was used by Beech-Nut salesmen to cook samples of the company's various food products at local stores. At the time these hot plates were used, Beech-nut made Bacon, Sliced Beef, Macaroni, Soup and other products, which needed to be cooked. These hot plates enabled salesman to cook product samples, without needing a larger stove.
