Queen Anne Parsonage was built in 1712 for use of the Missionaries to the Mohawk Indians. In 1775 Rev. Stewart and J. Brant translated into Mohawk the Gospel of St. Mark here. In 1788 it was also the residence of William Harper a Montgomery County Delegate to Constitution Ratification Convention at Poughkeepsie.
