As part of the American Revolution Bicentennial in 1976, the Fulmont Visual Arts Guild designed and created a quilt that was given for permanent display at the library.  Thirty colorful scenes depict important historical events such as the Declaration of Independence, the westward movement, the Civil War, American Revolution, and the 1969 moon landing.  Each block is signed by the crafter.
