On exhibit at the library is a collection of old time farm tools and implements. Included in the exhibit is this Mohawk Valley Hog Plow. This large wooden plow features a wrought iron plowshare and braces. Its stark simplicity is a silent reminder of the hardworking men and women who shaped the Mohawk Valley. The exhibit also includes a mathook, scythe, hayfork, ice tongs, hay rake, flail and gamble stick. A large collection of household utensils and woodworking tools are also displayed.
