File Drawers Full of Information on Sharon Springs

Two file drawers are full of information, articles, and pictures relating to the Town of Sharon, and to the Village of Sharon Springs.

Note: We should also mention the Mitchell Collection, located in the Sharon Springs Central School. This is a series of 43 frames of all sorts of memorabilia pertaining to the Town and Village, and also some information on the Erie Canal, the Great Western Turnpike, and several frames of early mail, post marks, etc. The Library should have a descriptive index of each frame in the Collection by the end of June.
