Home > Outreach Services OUTREACH SERVICESMVLS provides services to persons who reside in: Fulton, Montgomery, Schenectady and Schoharie counties and who are educationally disadvantaged; members of culturally diverse groups in need of special library services; unemployed and in need of job placement assistance; living in areas that are underserved by a library; visually, physically, or otherwise disabled persons; and older adults or confined in institutions.
