This session will introduce attendees to the basics of creating, implementing and revising codes of conduct, and establishing an appropriate balance between utility and enforcement of them by library staff.
Chris Sagaas, Executive Director of the Upper Hudson Library System, has 25 years of experience creating, implementing and revising codes of conduct for Albany Public Library and Utica Public Library.
