The fall session of the toddler time and story hour programs at the Margaret
Reaney Memorial Library in St.
Johnsville drew to a close with a Christmas party on Sunday, December 17. 41 adults and children gathered at the library in the late afternoon for Christmas carolling throughout the neighborhood. After the carolling, everyone returned to the library to make glitter pinecone decorations and pinecone birdfeeders, and enjoy some juice and cookies. Library Director Dawn Capece then read the story
The Silver Christmas Tree by Pat Hutchins. The party concluded with a visit by Santa Claus himself! At left, a young patron works on his glitter pinecone ornament.
