Every Hero Has A Story . . . and your very own Super Librarian, Champion of Summer Learning story starts at this workshop! Join us for a day of thinking and fun as we make new connections faster than a speeding bullet, create group brain trust more powerful than a locomotive, and leap tall build-ups of unexamined habit in a single bound! You’ll leave with many ideas for your summer programming, a network of peer mentors, and a greater understanding of how to be more effective in serving the groups who matter most in your library. CE credit: 6 contact hours.
Registration deadline is February 6, 2015. Register online at http://goo.gl/forms/HSPDTYy5WW
*MVLS library registration is paid through our NYS Family Literacy Grant Program; however, if the MVLS registrant does not attend after signing up for the workshop, that MVLS library will be charged the $15 registration fee. Each library sending staff will also receive $25 per library for travel through the grant.
This workshop is supported in part by funds from the New York State Library’s Family Literacy Library Services grant program.
