Many people in our communities don’t use the library.  Libraries are for everyone, but for the poor, the disadvantaged and the marginalized, the library can appear intimidating, difficult and expensive.  Come and learn:

              What messages are you inadvertently sending to those in poverty?

What simple changes can you make to appear more accessible to all potential library users?

How can your library have a greater impact?
