The Capital District Library Council (CDLC), seeks a Resource Sharing Coordinator to join our team. The Resource Sharing Coordinator is responsible for oversight of CDLC’s resource sharing services; provides guidance and support in resource sharing to members; identifies and communicates trends; contributes to CDLC’s continuing education program; and works with the CDLC Executive Director and staff to further the mission of the organization.
The ideal candidate will be pro-active and forward-thinking; work well independently and as part of a team; is inquisitive and has a curiosity to grow and learn; and adapts well to change. The successful candidate will hold an MLS degree (or its equivalent) from an ALA accredited school of library and information science and a minimum of two years of relevant library experience OR an equivalent combination of technical training, education, and experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.
