Little kids don’t drive themselves to the library to benefit from our great services. They need parents or caregivers – in 2019, often Millennials – who see the library as a prime destination. How can we position ourselves to address the needs of Millennials, as individuals or as parents? What are those needs, and how are they being met now?
Join us to learn insights about today’s millennial parents and where they go for the parenting information they trust; what technology engages Millennial parents; and the all important drawbacks and recommendations for children under 5 screen time.
2.5 CEU will be awarded. Register online at https://tinyurl.com/y2wuabpn ; deadline to register is noon on Thursday, October 17, 2019
This workshop is supported in part by funds from the New York State Library’s Family Literacy Services grant program.
