Job Posting: Business and Operations Manager (Fiscal Officer), East Greenbush Community Library

This position reports to the Library Director and involves responsibility for the operational management of the Library’s activities in the areas of finance, human resources/employee benefits, facilities management, and government reporting.

The Business Operations Manager shall monitor, maintain, and effectively manage all library accounting records and reporting, furnishing dependable financial statements and reports, and directing a variety of human resources, purchasing, budgeting and general administrative services at the Library, with an annual operating budget of approximately $1.8 million in addition to gift, grant, and capital accounts. The work may also involve the analysis and revision of accounting forms, practices, and procedures.
