Die Cuts Available

Check out the inventory and review the options below for use. I will post this on the MVLS website also for easy access. I recently shared our inventory in a Google sheet with the Bethlehem, Saratoga, and Guilderland libraries which will allow them to add their inventory. This will provide us with access to more die cuts and save us from purchasing duplicates. If other libraries agree, this will be another great resource to share through delivery.

Die Cutting Machines
MVLS has three Ellison Die Cutting Machines and numerous AccuCut and Ellison die cuts that can be used with these machines.

Options for Use

  • The portable Ellison Machine (used for regular size die cuts) is available to borrow for a two week period and can be reserved in KitKeeper. Request the die cuts you would like to use in the Patron Notes field.

  • The other two Ellison Machines (one for regular size and the other for jumbo die cuts) can be used at MVLS. Email mvls@mvls.info or call us at (518) 355-2010 to schedule a time to come in (with your own 8 ½” x 11” or 11”x 17” paper).
  • Send us paper (up to 100 sheets) and we’ll cut your shapes for you and return them through delivery. Please plan accordingly and send your paper at least 2 weeks before you need them.

Sizing
Regular size shape cut-outs measure approximately 3” – 6”.
Jumbo size shape cut-outs measure approximately 8” – 10”.
